We take great products and provide extensive information on them for customers – believing that this focus gives the customer a significantly level of product knowledge and service. Our focus often means that customers do get a significantly better level of service – and very kindly they do write back and tell us.

Over the Easter Bank holiday we had one specific customer who wrote back to us and told us in depth about his experience with our product and service. It is rarely that people write back at length and we were proud to receive such feedback.
